The X-factor(y) is  project according to Action 1 exchange programme of the European Council. The Initiative to  the project was born during the the study visit in Florence (It)

As a result of the Florence meeting, partners from Poland, Lithuania, France and the Netherlands agreed upon further exploration of the possibility of a Youth exchange between the countries mentioned.  

For that purpose a feasibility meeting was held at Saint Groux near Angouleme in France. A report of the weekends findings, mostly in French, can be found here. ( Thanx to Lannis )

At the end of the weekend in Saint Groux the decision was made,  to indeed organise an exchange with Youths and that the Dutch partners would be the first to organize an exchange programme as a receiving country.

To prepare the exchange programme the partners in the X-factor(y) have planned to meet again the first weekend of March (5-6) This time Youths from participating country's will take an important part in the planning of an exchange week, to be held later on this year.
